Do you offer anything besides cakes for weddings?

Yes, we do!  We have a large selection of Single-Serving Desserts available for Custom Catering orders.   However, we do not offer a special tasting menu or tasting delivery.  If you would like to schedule a tasting, please call (404) 590-6086 or email shirley@sweetcheatsatlanta.com to schedule.

Where can I find nutrition information?

As part of our business model to offer fresh, made-from-scratch “Sweet Cheats” to our customers, we can guarantee that your dessert is made from only the finest butter, sugar and flour free from trans-fats and preservatives.  We do not currently offer nutrition information, but are happy to answer any questions you may have about allergens.

Do you offer special gift packaging?

Our cupcakes are served to-go, delivered and shipped in our special Sweet Cheats packaging.  They are clear and show off the design of the cupcakes and they fit all occasions.  We do not offer special holiday or birthday gift boxes at this time.  We recommend adding a custom gift message when you place your order either in-store or online to offer your special wishes.

Will you include a receipt in my shipment?

All orders are shipped with a packing list which includes billing name and address, shipping name and address, and products ordered.  We also include the price list in the package.  If you would like the pricing excluded from your shipment (for gifts), please note it in your order in the special comments section.

How do you ship your products?

We ship cupcakes, cruffles and mini cupcakes frozen with dry ice and or cool packs in insulated packaging to keep them safe along their journey.  Our treats should be frozen, cold or cool when received.  Please keep them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery within the Atlanta area, typically within 15 miles of our location in Cabbagetown – as far north as Buckhead, east towards Decatur, and as far south as Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.  Delivery fees within the perimeter are between $14-$18, and are subject to an additional charge outside of the perimeter.

 

How and when will my order be delivered?

Our orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Savor or 2nd Day air.  We ship our cupcakes frozen packed in insulated containers with dry ice.  Please see our shipping schedule for additional information.

I’m having trouble ordering online – help!

We currently offer online ordering for Build Your Own Cakes, Cupcakes, Cruffles, Brownies, Cheesecakes, Chocolate-Covered Strawberries, Tarts and Cookies only.

We are unable to offer online ordering for special orders, custom cakes or catering.

Occasionally, customers have trouble placing their order online or receive an error message.  If an error message does occur, please double check your billing information and that all fields have been entered correctly.

Do you cater or deliver on Mondays?

Unfortunately, a Monday delivery date is not possible. Our packaging is designed to last two to three days in transit and are not able to ship Friday for Monday delivery. We suggest choosing a Friday or Saturday delivery date.

How do you handle allergens?

All of our baked goods are made in the same bakery. Though nuts are not a part of every recipe, trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our desserts. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. We use eggs, butter, cream and flour in the majority of our baked goods and do not have any that are sugar-free.

We currently offer gluten-free brownies and vegan muffins.

How long do your products keep?

All of our baked goods are made by hand and baked to order, using only the freshest ingredients. Since we do not use preservatives in our baked goods, our desserts are always best when served sooner rather than later and from the refrigerator.

If cupcakes will not be served immediately, they may be placed in the freezer in an air tight container for up to 3 months. Please allow 1-3 hours for our cupcakes to defrost before serving.

How do I send cupcakes to a college address and hotels?

To ensure delivery goes smoothly, please enter the following information in the address field:

  • College or Hotel name
  • College or Hotel Street Address
  • Dorm, Box or Room Number
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

When do I need to place my order?

Our daily cutoff time is 3pm Eastern time for orders to be shipped the next day. We offer a shipping calendar that allows you to chose your delivery date within a three week window.

We currently ship with UPS and FedEx and offer Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air, and Ground (available to locations that deliver within 48 hours). Please keep in mind, UPS and FedEx do not complete Ground deliveries on Saturday and UPS does not operate on Sunday.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! Please call us at (404) 590-6086 to place your order over the phone.

Our office business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. If you receive our voice mail, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our cutoff time is 3pm EST for orders to be shipped the next day.

Is there ANY way to ship an order out today?

We bake to order and cannot ship same day. Our order cutoff time is 3pm EST, and all orders scheduled to go out the next day are processed and baked overnight.

Can I add/edit a gift message?

Absolutely! Simply email us (info@sweetcheatsatlanta.com) or call us at (404) 590-6086 with the gift message you would like to include with your shipment. Please keep in mind, the message must be edited during business hours the day before shipment. We unfortunately are not able to edit orders on the morning of shipment.
